Champetre Restaurant Review

Champetre in Pine Plains, NY, is so delightfully old school that you have to use a phone to make a reservation — not with an app but with your actual voice. Imagine! In this article, I go briefly into my philosophy of “how to order” when reviewing a restaurant (because I broke one of my guidellines.) And I’m pleased I did, because the sauce that came with Champetre’s steak frites was worthy of a full-body immersion!
