My Top Ten Hudson Valley dishes, 2023

2023 was my first full calendar year as the Hudson Valley Dining Critic for the Times Union. I visited six burger joints, 13 taco spots, three pizzerias and reviewed 16 restaurants in order to write about them. But what were my ten favorite dishes?
