The best meal in the Hudson Valley?

When I wrote this, the headline read “Piaule Catskill is the best meal in the Hudson Valley.” Nearly eight months later, I ate a meal at Cenadou, North Salem, that might have been even better — for the money, at least. Let’s call it a tie! (Although Piaule certainly has the most splendid view!)
